RETURN & REFUND POLICY


Returning an Item

We are happy to accept your return and will refund your credit card for the amount of the items purchased so long as you return any book in its original condition within 14 days of delivery date and have received an authorization for a return.

To receive authorization for a return, please contact customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization number known as an RA number as well as the mailing address.  There will be a 6.5% administrative fee, unless there was an error on our behalf.

Once you receive an RA number, please ship the item(s) back within 14 business days or the RA number will become null and void. Unauthorized returns (no RA number) are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs for returning the order.  We also do not refund shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.  If such an error occurs we will refund up to $10.45 for return shipping.

Refunds

We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.  Note that there will be a deduction of your refund of a 6.5% adminstrative fee on the refund amount unless there was error on our behalf .

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify customer service at [email protected] and we will replace or refund your order right away.
